Community Support
Call for Community Support as the Corona Virus escalates over the coming weeks. As we live in this community with limited shopping facilities it may become more important that as people need to Self-Isolate that they continue to have access to the everyday essential supplies, in addition to those available from our village shop. On the reverse of this leaflet are some cards that you can complete and put through your neighbours doors if you feel that they are likely to be in the need of assistance.

Springline
Also some older and other vulnerable residents in Ingham are registered with Springline Good Neighbours (Reg. Charity No: 115048), which offers help and support across all the Springline villages. They have over 40 DBS checked volunteers. The service is available for those who need regular or occasional help because of age, isolation, ill health, disability or other reasons. If you know someone in the village who may struggle or feel vulnerable making trips out, please encourage them to sign up as users of this service. How to avoid catching or spreading coronavirus
Do • wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds • always wash your hands when you get home or into work • use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available • cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze • put used tissues in the bin immediately and wash your hands afterwards • try to avoid close contact with people who are unwellDon't • do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean
